Cancellation policy

Refund and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or change.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some cases where only a few refunds are granted:

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or non-refundable money

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially announced.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a refund.

Items for sale
Refunds are only allowed on regular priced products.

Replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you want to change it with the same object, send us an email at info@ledostore.gr and send your product to: 19 Tsirigoti, Ioannina.

If the item has been marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a postal gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and find out about your return.

Shipping & Returns
To return your product, you must mail your product to: 19 Tsirigoti, Ioannina.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product you exchanged to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

The return of the products will be done only with their original packaging and within 14 calendar days from the day of sending it to the customer. The customer bears the shipping costs. No product will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of purchase. If the product and its packaging are in good condition, the customer will credit the corresponding amount. Otherwise it will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
